Who can join?

Everyone! All you have to do is have an account with us at and you will be automatically enrolled. If you’re a previous customer and have an account, we’ve done the work for you—you’re already in the TG Rewards program! Simply login to start reaping the benefits.

If you do not currently have an account, we invite you to open one up at here. If you’ve made a purchase on as a guest, create an account using the e-mail you provided at checkout.


How do I earn TG Points?

TG Points are earned with every purchase, excluding shipping fees. You can also earn points for referring a friend as a new customer and signing up for our newsletter. You’ll be able to redeem your TG Points for TG Cash for future TG purchases, or save up your TG Points for more TG Cash. Additionally, we may offer bonus point events from time to time for those in specific tiers.

When will I see my TG Points I earned on purchases?

Points earned on purchases will be available within 24-48 hours. Please feel free to contact the customer service team with any inquiries!

How do I view my TG Point balance?

Your TG Point balance can be found on your account page, as well as the bottom left widget when you are signed in.

What are the different reward amounts?

Is there a limit to the number of TG Points I can earn?

Nope! You will earn 5 TG Points for every dollar you spend at, Please note that the maximum redemption is $25 USD at a time.

Do my TG Points expire?

Yes. TG Points will expire 3 months from when they were earned.

How do I redeem my TG Points?

Once you're logged in, click the rewards button on the bottom left, then select the button called “Redeem Points.” Here, you’ll see the TG Cash available based on your accrued point balance. Click which reward you’d like to redeem and a gift card code will pop up. If you'd like to use this immediately, insert this code at checkout, and you’re done! If you'd like to save it for later, X out of the pop-up—and when you're ready, come back to the "Redeem Points" button and scroll down to find "Your Rewards."

Will my gift cards apply to sale items?

What do the “approved,” “pending,” and “canceled” statuses mean?

Approved: These TG Points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These TG Points need to finish processing before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Canceled: These TG Points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase; the points will change from pending to canceled.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

If you made a purchase, please allow a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your TG Points. If you referred a friend, your TG Points will be posted to your account once they make a purchase.

If I return a purchase I made using my TG Cash reward, do I get my reward back?

Yes! You will be refunded the dollar amount spent and your TG Cash will be returned. The TG Points you accrued on your returned order, however, will not be added to your account. If your return is a partial return, please contact the Customer Service Team.

Why did my account balance go down?

A purchase was canceled or returned. You can view all of your TG Points activity on our TG Rewards section of your Account page!

How do I leave the program?

We hope you don’t! Before making up your mind, don’t forget that the TG Rewards program is free to enroll and you have access to exclusive sales and products. But if you no longer wish to earn points from your purchases, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will unenroll you.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact our Customer Service Team and we'll re-enrol you. Please note with a new account, the point total will begin at zero.

What happens to my information when I sign up?
